Nimbus Projects has announced that the Company is planning to acquire 100% equity shareholding of one of the Delhi based private company. Consequently, the private company shall turn out to be the subsidiary of the Company.Accordingly, meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on 27 March 2014 for considering the above matter of acquisition and other related / associated matters.
