For period up to July 2014; Announces prices for month of August 2014
NMDC announced provisional figures for production and sales upto four months period ended July 2014 compared to corresponding period of the previous year & prices for the month of August 2014.Total production upto the month of July 2014 stood at 9.88 million tonnes compared to 8.87 million tonnes in corresponding period of previous year.
Total sales upto the month of July 2014 stood at 11.11 million tonnes compared to 9.40 million tonnes in corresponding period of previous year.
Price of Lump ore for month of August 2014 is Rs 4600/WMT; Price of Fines for month of August 2014 is Rs 3160/WMT.
