With effect from 14 July 2015
Nouveau Global Ventures announced that the Board Meeting of the Company held on 14 July 2015 wherein Garima Kukker the Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary.The Company accepted her resignation and relieved her from the responsibilities effective from close of business hours on 14 July 2015. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Garima Kukker also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
