Changes will be effective from 28 February 2020.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday (24 February) announced inclusion of Bandhan Bank, HDFC Life Insurance Company and Info Edge in the Futures & Options (F&O) segment with effect from 28 February 2020.Shares of Bandhan Bank (up 2.18%), HDFC Life Insurance Company (up 2.89%) and Info Edge (up 3%) advanced.
Further, NSE said that the market lot, scheme of strikes and quantity freeze limit will be informed to members on 27 February 2020 through a separate circular.
Earlier, NSE said that Oil India (up 0.37%) will be excluded from the F&O segment with effect from 4 May 2020 after failing to meet the enhanced eligibility criteria of derivatives segment. NSE in a circular released yesterday said that the existing unexpired contracts of Oil India for expiry months of February 2020, March 2020 and April 2020 would continue to be available for trading till their respective expires. Accordingly, no contracts shall be available for trading in the above mentioned security with effect from 4 May 2020.
