NTPC has fixed 05 February 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of interim dividend, if declared by the Board.Further, the dividend on equity shares, subject to the provisions of Section 126 of the Companies Act, 1956, if declared at the Board Meeting, will be paid on 13 February 2015.
