Oberoi Realty announced that Saumil Daru, the Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed by the Board of Directors as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 10 May 2014, with the designation 'Director - Finance'.Saumil Daru will continue to act as Chief Financial Officer for the purposes of Listing Agreement and the Companies Act, 2013.
