Among the other constituents of the index, Sunteck Realty Ltd increased 1.28% and Godrej Properties Ltd added 1.09% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 14.85 % over last one year compared to the 5.26% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
