The QIP Committee of Oberoi Realty on 13 June 2018 has passed the following resolutions -a. Authorising the opening of the Issue on 13 June 2018.
b. Approving and adopting the preliminary placement document dated 13 June 2018 in connection with the Issue; and
c. Approval of the floor price for the Issue.
The 'Relevant Date' for the purpose of the Issue, in terms of Regulation 81 (c) (i) of the SEBIICDR Regulations, is 13 June 2018 and accordingly the floor price in respect of the aforesaid Issue, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 85(1 ) of the SEBIICDR Regulations is Rs. 509.29 per Equity Share.
