With effect from 19 June 2014
Oil & Natural Gas Corporation announced that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India vide letter dated 19 June 2014, has appointed Ashok Varma, as Director(Onshore),ONGC. He has assumed the charge of the post of Director (Onshore), ONGC on 19 June 2014(A/N).Further, the tenure of Arun Ramanathan and Prof. Deepak Nayyar, Independent Directors of the Company has ended on 19 June 2014 after expiry of the term of three years from the date of their joining of ONGC Board.
