On conversion of warrants
Olympia Industries announced that on 29 March 2016, the Company has allotted 4,00,000 (Four Lacs) Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each fully paid up upon conversion of 4,00,000 warrants of Rs.45/- each to Anurag N.
