The Board of ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals (OMPL) in the meeting held on 28 February 2015 has allotted 458988525 Rights shares to MRPL at Rs 14.20 per share. OMPL has further allotted 438611475 additional unsubscribed rights shares at Rs 14.20 per share against MRPL's subscription.
