Orient Cement announced that Final Dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on 09 August 2014, will be paid to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on 09 August 2014.Further, the dividend shall be paid on or after 14 August 2014.
