Jyothi Infraventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 May 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:- the matter relating to appointment of additional Director was not considered and differed. The Scheme of Arrangement proposed by the Company has been approved by the Honorable High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide their Order dated 21 April 2014 and the Order copy to be received.
