Aashee Infotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following matters:1. Harender Kumar has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
2. Anand Parkash Sharma member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 29 May 2015.
3. The Board has accepted the resignation of Subhash Jain as Director of the Company w.e.f. 29 May 2015.
