ABG Shipyard announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 February 2015, inter alia, have approved the following:1. Resignation of Ashok Chitnis from the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect due to indifferent health problems.
2. Resignation of Sunil Agarwal from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 13 February 2015.
3. Appointment of Nimesh S. Shah as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
