Outcome of board meeting of Acrysil

Held on 21 March 2016

Acrysil announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 March 2016, has approved the following;

1. The Annual Operational Plan for the financial year 2016-17.

2. Approved additional investment in Acrysil UK, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, for purpose of increase in stake in Homestyle Products (UK).
