Action Construction Equipment announced that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 19 May 2016, inter alia, has not recommended any final dividend on the equity shares and interim dividend declared by them at their meeting held on 15 March 2016 is the final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for financial year ended 31 March 2016.Upon the recommendation of the Nomination and remuneration Committee, the board approved the recommendation to shareholders at the ensuing AGM, reappointment of Surbhi Garg as whole time director for period of three years w.e.f. 01 April 2017.
