Albert David has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2014, has appointed Prabhawati Devi Kothari, Karunamay Lahiri and Amal Kumar Bhattacharya as Additional Directors of the Company.Further, the Company has informed that, PL Agarwal and AV Iyengar have resigned from the Board of the Directors of the Company which has been accepted by the Board in the above meeting.
