Taking on record the resignation of K V Vishnu Raju as Managing Director of the Company and re-designation as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
2. Taking on record the resignation of P V R L N Raju as Executive Director of the Company and re-designation, as Non- Executive Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of Geetha Muthiah as Managing Director of the Company
4. Taking on record the resignation of Suneel M B as Company Secretary of the Company.
5. Appointment of Anu Nair as the Company Secretary of the company.
