Apollo Tyres announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 August 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:- Seeking authorization of the Shareholders through postal ballot for Private Placement of Non- Convertible Debentures not exceeding Rs. 750 crore within overall borrowing limits of the Company.
