Arihant Superstructures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 January 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following businesses:1. Taken on record and noted the related party transaction or arrangements.
2. The Disinvestment Committee of the Board accepted the bid received from Ashok Chajjer for purchasing 1200 Equity Share i.e. 12% of the total Equity share Capital of Arihant Technoinfra.
3. Discussed and considered the progress of all Subsidiaries Company.
4. Puja Agrawal is appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
