Asian Granito India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 January 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. The Board has formed Administrative Committee of Board of Directors pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. The Board has deferred the decision on offer/ issue of Equity shares and Fully/ Partially Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis.
