Asian Star Company has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2014, has considered and approved the following-Resignation of Dharmesh D Shah as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Managing Director of the Company. Dharmesh D Shah will continue as Non Executive (Non Independent) Director of the Company.
Dinesh T Shah is appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, he will continue as Executive Chairman and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
Resignation of Sangeetha Sheshadri as a Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2014.
Appointment of Aparna Shinde as a Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2014.
