Bhuwalka Steel Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 May 2014, has transacted the following:Visalaksh Vasanthan, Nominee Director, IDBI Bank, has been substituted by Munish Mohan on the Board of the Company as Nominee Director of IDBI Bank, with immediate effect.
K C Kondaiah - Director (Independent) has resigned from the Board of Directors and the same has been accepted at the Board Meeting.
The Board has decided to announce Audited Results for the year 2013-14 (6 months) on or before 30 May 2014 and as such, unaudited results for the last quarter i.e. 31 March 2014 will not be published.
