Capricorn Systems Global Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 August 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following business:-1. Recommended for ratification of appointment M/s. Satyanarayana & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office upto the conclusion of 32nd Annual General Meeting.
2. Recommended the appointment of Lakshmi Gurram who was appointed as an Additional Director as Director of the Company.
