Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 July 2015 approved the following -Issue of Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) :
Issue of 60,000 Redeemable, NCDs of FV of Rs 10 lakhs each at par aggregating Rs 6000 crore in one or more tranches on private placement basis;
Issue of 6,000 Redeemable, NCDs of FV of Rs 10 lakh each at par aggregating Rs 600 crore in one or more series on private placement basis and;
Issue of 1,000 unsecured Redeemable, NCDs in nature of perpetual debt of FV of Rs 10 lakh each at par aggregating Rs 100 crore in one or more series on private placement basis.
