Color Chips (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 October 2014, has considered and approved the following:1. Review of operations.
2. Appointment of Sudha Kiran Reddy, as from Additional Director to Managing Director to be regularized at the ensuing General Meeting.
3. The Board ratified the appointment of G. Somayajula as Compliance Officer and Company Secretary w.e.f. 01 October 2014.
