Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 July 2014 transacted and approved the following -Kailash Gupta resigned as Chairman and MD. He will continue as Non-Executive Director.
Anil Joshi appointed as Independent Director and will replace Kailash Gupta as Chairman of the Company.
Prabhakar Dalal appointed as Independent Director.
Prakash Gurav appointed as Independent Director.
Manchi Venkatraja Rao appointed as Independent Director.
Nandini Malpani appointed as Non-Executive Director.

Appointment of Mukund M Chitale & Co as internal auditors of the Company.
