CORE Education & Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 August 2015, inter alia, has approved / noted the following:1. The five year term of appointment of Nikhil Morsawala as Director - finance ended on 11 August 2015. He will now continue as Non-Executive Director with effect from 12 August 2015.
2. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 30 September 2015. The time and venue of the meeting will be intimated shortly.
