Cosboard Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2016, inter alia, have:1. Appointment of Chief Financial Officer as recommended by the Audit Committee.
2. The decision for consideration and approval of raising of long term funds by way of Preferential Allotment has been deferred by the Board of Directors. However, the same will be intimated to stock exchange as and when considered and approved.
