Crazy Infotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 September 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following matter:1. Scheme of Arrangement for Reduction of Capital of under Section 100 to 104 of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. BSE shall be the Designated Stock Exchange for co-ordinating with SEBI for the above Scheme.
