Cybertech Systems & Software announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 216 has approved the following -Allotment of 10 lakh Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants on preferential allotment basis and allotment of 30000 equity shares to employees of the Company under the ESOP scheme.
