The Board of DRC Systems India at its meeting held on 16 April 2021 has approved the acquisition of 100% shareholding of Mugenesys Software. Consequently, Mugenesys Software has become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company.The Board also approved preferential issue of 5,00,000 equity shares of the company at an issue price of Rs 400 (including Rs 390 premium) per equity share for a cash consideration of Rs 20 crore.
