Eldeco Housing & Industries announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Halwasiya Agro Industries with its parent Company Eldeco Housing and Industries which was duly approved in the Board Meeting held on 05 February 2014 is withdrawn in the Board Meeting held on 30 May 2014.Further the Company has informed that, the 'Scheme of Amalgamation' of the following wholly-owned subsidiary companies;
1. Halwasya Agro Industries
2. Shivaye Constructions
3. Suniyojit Constructions
4. Samrapit Constructions
5. Swarg Constructions
With its holding Company Eldeco Housing & Industries was approved in the Board Meeting held on 30 May 2014.
