Electrosteel Steels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 July 2014 has decided that the issue of equity shares to Promoters of the Company, Electrosteel Castings, on preferential basis as per the CDR aggregating Rs 222.50 crore will be at a price of Rs 10 per share, which is not less than the price determined in terms of Regulation 76 of Chapter VII of the SEBI ICDR Regulations (i.e. Rs 3.95).Powered by Capital Market - Live News
