Euro Ceramics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014 has approved the following -Appointment of Pratik Shah, as an Independent Director and Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from 01 June 2014, subject to approval of shareholders in the general meeting.
Appointment of Paresh K Shah as CFO of the Company with effect from 01 June 2014.
