Everonn Education announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:- Shifting of the registered office to "SP Infocity", A Block, I Floor, #40, MGR Road, Kandanchavadi, Perungudi, Chennai - 600096 the same jurisdiction.
Board also took note of the resignation of Dino Varkey, Director from the Board.
