Fineotex Chemical announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, inter alia, have discussed and considered the following matter:1. Board has authorised committee of directors comprising directors, Surendrakumar Tibrewala, Chairman and Managing Director, Sanjay Tibrewala (Executive Director), for allotment of Bonus Shares to the Shareholders of the Company as on (Record Date) and to complete various other formalities related with this Bonus Issue.
2. The Board has taken on record Scrutinizer Report on Postal Ballot & E-Voting submitted by the Scrutinizer.
