Fortune Financial Services (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following;- In terms of special resolution passed by the members in the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22 September 2014, Fortune Integrated Assets Finance Ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company effective from 12 May 2015 and the Company's holding in Fortune Integrated Assets Finance is 39.06%.
