Fortune Financial Services (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015 has transacted the following -Took note of completion of acquisition of the balance 31.81% stake of Inga Capital, thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 29 July 2015.
Reviewed and considered the draft letter of offer for the proposed rights issue.
