Fraser and Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2015, have considered and approved the following business:1. Appointed Vanita Parmar, as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 20 April 2015.
2. Nimita Jain, Company Secretary had resigned vide her letter dated April 01, 2015 however her resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors in the meeting held on 20 April 2015.
3. Appointed Shilpa Chhabra as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 20 April 2015.
