G G Dandekar Machine Works announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 June 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:The Deed of sale of part of land at Bhiwandi entered into between the Company and Bhavin N Thakkar on 22 August 2012 may be cancelled and consideration to be paid back to Bhavin N Thakkar subject to restoring the possession of the part of land mentioned in the sale deed to MSEDCL.
