G G Dandekar Machine Works announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2016, inter alia, has considered the following:1. Mahesh Athavale, Company Secretary in Practice, was appointed as the scrutinizer for the purpose e-voting as per Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
2. The Company has classified certain land, building und vehicle having net book value of 6.92 lakh as asset held for sale.
