Global Capital Markets has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 April 2014, have approved the following subject to necessary approvals from members of the Company -To change name of Company from Global Capital Market & Infrastructures to Global Capital Market or such other name subject to approval from appropriate authorities.
To give effect of above subject matters in Memorandum & Articles of Association.
To convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the Members of the Company on 28 April 2014, seeking their approval for above businesses.
