Gyscoal Alloys announced that as per the requirement of Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 the board of directors at their meeting on 21 May 2014 took note of Key Managerial Personnel and hence Manish Shah, who is Whole Time Director (under companies act) & CFO (as per listing agreement requirement) of the Company is now also CFO u/s Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. 02 June 2014.Thus the Board took note of his designation as Whole Time Director & Chief Financial Officer u/s 203 of Companies Act, 2013.
