The Board of Hinduja Global Solutions at its meeting held on 30 September 2019 has approved -a) Appointment of Sudhanshu Tripathi (DIN: 06431686), as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director
b) Appointment of Dr. Ganesh Natarajan (DIN: 00176393), as an Additional Director and Independent Director
c) Appointment of S Mahadevan, a qualified Company Secretary, presently EVP-Legal, Compliance and Secretarial, as the Company Secretary (KMP) and Compliance Officer of the Company in the interim period, with effect from 01 October 2019 in place of Makarand D. Dewal, who resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01 October 2019.
