Hindusthan Safety Glass Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 October 2014, has decided as under:1. Ripu Sudan Kundra (alias Raj Kundra) was appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
2. Committee of Independent Directors (IDC) comprising Vikram Agrawal & Shyma Charan Kumar was formed to provide reasoned recommendations on Open Offer in terms of Regulation 26 (6) of SEBI Takeover Regulations.
