IKF Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 April 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following businesses:- As compliance with respect to In-Principle approval letter dated 07 January 2014 has been made, the Board of Directors has advised to request BSE for permission for trading in shares at the earliest.
