India Infraspace announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 September 2014, inter alia, transacted the following:1. Recommend to the general meeting re-appointment of Pankaj Shah as statutory auditors of the Company.
2. The Board of Directors has approved the Composite Scheme of Demerger & Amalgamation of the Company and has authorized Vishnubhai G. Chauhan, Director of the Company to finalize the Composite Scheme of Demerger & Amalgamation for this purpose.
