The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held at the Sathguru Gnanananda Hall (Naradha Gana Sabha), 314, TTK Road, Chennai - 600018 at 10:35 AM on 27 August 2016.
2. The Board of Directors appointed Mukesh Kumar Somani as a director with effect from 28 May 2016 in the category of Non-executive director.
